About the desk
We track what 21 GLP-1 programmes charge, and we publish the gap between what they advertise and what they bill.
The one thing we do
Advertised price in one column. Billed price in the next. The gap in the third. That is the whole publication, because that gap is where almost all the money in this market is made and lost.
Nearly none of it is fraud. It is structure — memberships that renew higher, fees billed beside the medication, cheap tiers that turn out to be a different product. Six patterns account for essentially all of it, and they are set out in six fee traps.
How we work
- Prices come from published sources and are verified by hand. Board last checked 2026-09-18.
- Every table sorts on billed price, never advertised price.
- We report gaps we have verified. We do not invent dated price history we cannot confirm.
- Scores come from the rubric on how we rate.
What we are not
Not a pharmacy, not a telehealth service, not a medical practice. We do not prescribe or dispense and nothing here is medical advice. GLP-1 medications are prescription drugs with real contraindications; the decision to take one belongs to you and a licensed clinician who has taken your history.
We publish no invented reviews — no fabricated customer quotes, no star ratings dressed up as research we never did.
How this is paid for
One commercial partnership, set out on the disclosure page. Corrections to desk@cheapglp1shots.cheap.
